Au\u00dferhalb spezialisierter, umfassender EM-Zentren waren sie jedoch bisher nicht weit verbreitet. In diesem Webinar er\u00f6rtern wir die Vorteile der STEM-Bildgebung bei niedrigen Spannungen unter Verwendung des hochautomatisierten Thermo Scientific\u2122 Phenom Pharos\u2122 G2 FEG-SEM mit dem neuen STEM-Detektor (Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy), der bei nur 15 kV eine h\u00f6here Aufl\u00f6sung als der BSD-Detektor erreicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tomocube Holotomographie: <\/strong>Die Holotomographie (HT) erm\u00f6glicht die Darstellung von Zellen und Zellorganellen in 3D ohne den Einsatz st\u00f6render Farbstoffe oder Markierungen. Diese neuartige Technik verhindert die Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Zellphysiologie oder -morphologie, was wiederum ein wahrheitsgetreues Bild der Zelle und ihrer Funktionalit\u00e4t liefert. Das markierungsfreie Live-Cell-Imaging mit quantitativen Messungen erm\u00f6glicht eine genaue 3D-Messung der Zellmorphologie, der zellul\u00e4ren Interaktionen und der Zellkinetik. In diesem Webinar werden die technischen Aspekte der Holotomographie, ihre Vorteile und ihre Grenzen er\u00f6rtert.
