ASH2: Fortgeschrittener Substrathalteraufsatz f\u00fcr das serielle Schneiden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr eine schnelle, zuverl\u00e4ssige Serienschnittentnahme f\u00fcr die 3D-Tomographie. Moderne 3D-Rekonstruktion und Tomographie werden in der heutigen EM-Welt immer h\u00e4ufiger eingesetzt. Bei kleinen Volumina, f\u00fcr die Dutzende bis Hunderte von Schnitten ben\u00f6tigt werden, wird der Advanced Substrate Holder (ASH2) wegen seiner Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit bevorzugt. Der ASH2 ist ein mehrachsiges Manipulationswerkzeug, das f\u00fcr die pr\u00e4zise Positionierung von Substraten f\u00fcr die Sammlung von B\u00e4ndern mit seriellen Schnitten f\u00fcr die Array-Tomografie entwickelt wurde. Es k\u00f6nnen Standard-Raumtemperaturmesser und Jumbo-Diamantmesser f\u00fcr gr\u00f6\u00dfere Substrate verwendet werden. Die gesammelten Schnitte werden anschlie\u00dfend im SEM oder LM abgebildet. Der ASH2 l\u00e4sst sich schnell auf jedes g\u00e4ngige Ultramikrotom montieren und verwandelt es in ein Instrument, mit dem Hunderte von Schnitten geschnitten und gesammelt werden k\u00f6nnen. Der neu entwickelte Advanced Substrate Holder (ASH2) wiegt weniger als 0,5 kg und kann direkt auf moderne Ultramikrotome montiert werden, ohne dass \u00c4nderungen oder zus\u00e4tzliche Vorrichtungen erforderlich sind. LN Ultra: Kryo-Aufsatz f\u00fcr PowerTome<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem LN Ultra, einem mit fl\u00fcssigem Stickstoff gek\u00fchlten Kryo-Kammeraufsatz f\u00fcr die Ultramikrotome der PowerTome-Serie, k\u00f6nnen Kryo-Ultramikrotomschnitte sowohl von biologischen als auch von industriellen Materialien erstellt werden. Auf dem PowerTome montiert, bietet das LN Ultra die f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Kryoschnitten erforderliche optimale thermische Stabilit\u00e4t. Das LN Ultra kann Temperaturen von +40\u00b0C bis -185\u00b0C halten und eignet sich dank seiner stabilen Umgebung perfekt f\u00fcr die Sektion und Planung einer Vielzahl von Proben. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Gummi und weiche Polymere oder biologische Zellen und Gewebe, die beispielsweise f\u00fcr die Immunmarkierung mit der Tokuyasu-Technik oder CEMOVIS (Kryo-Elektronenmikroskopie von Glaseisschnitten) verwendet werden.
