Ausgestattet mit dem thermisch stabilen Beetle-Scanner f\u00fcr driftfreies Imaging, offenem optischen Zugang, einem praktischen Lexan-Geh\u00e4use und UHV-geeigneten Materialien, werden diese Systeme durch den fortschrittlichen R10-Controller f\u00fcr flexiblen, hochpr\u00e4zisen Betrieb gesteuert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
