    Innovative Kryo-XYZ-Nanopositionierer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Renaissance Scientic ist ein junges Unternehmen<\/strong> aus Boulder\/CO (USA), die kryogene Rasterkraftmikroskope (AFMs) mit einzigartigen fortschrittlichen Funktionen herstellen, die auf kryogenen xyz-Nanopositionierern oder Scannern mit hoher Pr\u00e4zision und sehr geringer W\u00e4rmeabgabe basieren. Die Ren-Sci-Motoren wurden so entwickelt, dass sie eine viel geringere Kapazit\u00e4t haben als herk\u00f6mmliche L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr kryogene Motoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Die kryogenen Motoren sind UHV-kompatibel 1,0\u00d710-11<\/sup> mbar<\/strong>, standardm\u00e4\u00dfig nicht magnetisch (weniger als 10nT Selbstmagnetisierung<\/strong>), haben sehr geringe Kapazit\u00e4ten, bis zu 1 nF bei 4K<\/strong> in (X,Y), sowie bis zu 3nF in (Z)-Richtung. Die Aktoren sind vom Benutzer austauschbar und in vielen verschiedenen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          UHV UND STANDARDM\u00c4SSIG NICHT-MAGNETISCH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Alle Ren-Sci-Motoren sind UHV-kompatibel, k\u00f6nnen bis 120 \u00b0C gebacken werden und bestehen aus nichtmagnetischen Materialien. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben wir alle diese UHV- und nichtmagnetischen Komponenten in unsere Produktion integriert, so dass es keinen Aufpreis f\u00fcr diese Merkmale gibt. Es werden keine Schmiermittel verwendet, weder Festk\u00f6rper- noch andere.
