Ces m\u00e9thodes SPM comprennent la microscopie \u00e0 effet tunnel (STM), la microscopie \u00e0 force atomique (AFM) et d'autres techniques apparent\u00e9es fonctionnant dans un environnement de vide ultra pouss\u00e9 et dans des atmosph\u00e8res liquides\/gazeuses.
