En outre, l'imagerie \u00e0 long terme de cellules vivantes (LCI) est possible en raison de la tr\u00e8s faible quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re requise pour la HT, car il n'y a pas de phototoxicit\u00e9 pour la cellule.<\/p>\n<p>HT facilite \u00e9galement la mesure pr\u00e9cise de l'indice de r\u00e9fraction (IR) \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nanom\u00e9trique, ce qui permet d'estimer la concentration en prot\u00e9ines et en lipides et leurs variations en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>La capture \u00e0 grande vitesse de l'ensemble des donn\u00e9es permet une imagerie dynamique, avec des taux de capture 3D de 2 images par seconde et une imagerie 2D de plus de 150 images par seconde pour l'\u00e9valuation des fluctuations de la membrane.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le nouvel instrument HT2, l'imagerie rapide, quantitative et sans marqueur peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9e avec la fluorescence 3D (FL) pour permettre une imagerie corr\u00e9lative avec sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9.
