Le syst\u00e8me est disponible en tant que t\u00eate de balayage seule, t\u00eate de balayage sur bride, t\u00eate de balayage sur sous-syst\u00e8me et t\u00eate de balayage sur syst\u00e8me complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PanScan Freedom est un syst\u00e8me cl\u00e9 en main pour une solution STM sans cryog\u00e9nie, \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible bruit, et un fonctionnement AFM qPlus \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (7 K). Ce syst\u00e8me r\u00e9volutionnaire \u00e9limine le besoin d'h\u00e9lium liquide et offre des performances continues et ininterrompues tout en permettant d'obtenir une imagerie \u00e0 r\u00e9solution atomique et des donn\u00e9es STS de haute qualit\u00e9. Il utilise un porte-\u00e9chantillon standard de type drapeau \u00e0 contacts multiples et offre une plage de fonctionnement stable de 7 K \u00e0 400 K, ce qui permet d'obtenir des r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels dans un large \u00e9ventail de recherches SPM.
