Le d\u00e9couplage m\u00e9canique permet d'obtenir de faibles vibrations de l'ordre de 5 nm seulement. Un grand nombre d'interfaces permet l'utilisation dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d'applications telles que la nanotechnologie, la spectroscopie, la microscopie, la diffraction, la diffusion, les neutrons,
