Accurion i4 Series
It is ideal for isolating high-resolution measurement equipment from building vibrations and other disturbances, while providing active compensation in all six degrees of freedom.
The isolation effect starts at 0.6 Hz, achieving the maximum performance of -40 dB at 10 Hz, where 99.0% of the vibration is isolated

Accurion Nano Series
It combines high-end active vibration isolation with ultra-small dimensions and is employed in the isolation of very small and lightweight applications. Its competitive pricing allows the use for educational settings and basic research, like entry-level scanning probe microscopes.
Active isolation starts at 1 Hz (passive isolation > 200 Hz), no compressed air supply is needed, AC power from an electrical outlet is sufficient, simple handling — no tuning or load adjustment required

Modular Isolation Elements
Vario systems are element-based modular vibration isolation systems, consisting of at least two isolation elements and an external control unit. This product series has been designed for the isolation of mid to large-scale instruments and customer-specific applications.

Accurion Workstation Series, representing a comprehensive solution, the ergonomically designed Workstation Series perfectly combines an active vibration isolation system with a rigid support structure. There are several standard versions available, as well as customizations.
Workstation i4
It is designed to be used with optical microscopes or microscope/SPM combinations. The isolated surface is surrounded by a scratch-resistant MDF plate, convenient for arm resting or as storage area. Any of the three i4 versions can be integrated into a workstation

IVF workstation
Has been specially designed for the use with in-vitro-fertilization so that embryologists can ergonomically sit in front of their microscope. It is a perfect match for various microscopic set-ups which enables the user to work with increased efficiency and reliability. Heavy load isolation systems
Are designed for installation on the floor directly underneath the application. They are the ideal solution for the vibration isolation of scanning electron microscopes and similar equipments. Available products are isolation platforms and heavy-duty vibration isolation elements.
Accurion Sandwich Series
High performance floor platforms. Sandwich platforms offer compact dimensions and excellent isolation performance. Each Sandwich consists of precision machined 15 mm thick top and bottom plates, surrounding 4 to 8 integrated vibration isolation elements as well as an external control unit.
A load range of up to 1200 kg can be achieved. Customized versions with modified dimensions or increased load ranges are available on request.
