The Technical Cleanliness in Assembly and Production Processes conference will take place for the 16th time in 2026 at the Congress Center Heidenheim. We expect over 120 participants and numerous exhibitors again next year.

The conference begins with an optional introductory workshop on May 19, 2026. This workshop serves as preparation for the subsequent conference and its presentations and is designed to facilitate entry for participants who are new to the topic of technical cleanliness.

During the following two days of the event, you will learn about the latest updates to the VDA Cleanliness Guideline Vol. 19.1 and hear best practice examples of TECSA concepts. The latest developments in analysis and measurement methods using AI will be presented. Discussions will cover the achievability of particle-free conditions and limit values, including those for fibers. Another focus will be the design of electrical systems and various extraction methods. As in previous years, participants can explore their questions on the conference topics in greater depth during workshops.

A special highlight of the event is the factory tour at Voith in Heidenheim on May 21, 2026, offering exclusive insights into state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and technologies. As in previous years, participants will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the conference topics.

Look forward to the next edition in 2026 and secure your ticket now!
